Former Employee Very progressive company that definitely has potential as they shift a lot of focus to the DoD. Management seems powerless, so there is not much transparency into any changes that could affect your employment or performance. Growth opportunities slowed as my tenure went on, but promotions were almost always from within. Success very much depends on territory and inbound leads, as they are typically much quicker to progress. Leads are not distributed evenly and reps that overperform are praised although the majority of their work is inbound.
