Former Employee Experience fluctuated from an A+ down to a C-. I started in a role and was promoted in my first year to a new position and had to fight to get a pay increase. Leadership mentioned that because my base was so high when I came in that there wouldn't be a lot of room to increase my salary. (The company was worth $1T at the time). Promotions are seldom, pay increases aren't typically rewarded, and leadership and managers constantly make you feel like you aren't doing your best work. The pressure is on 24/7.
