Overall experience is FANTASTIC, 100 out of 10. Best culture I’ve experienced. Wake up feeling excited going to work and see my wonderful colleagues. I only rate incentive structure at 3/5 because I came from a sales background. SDR or AE will have a better money incentive plan than SE - this is expected.

Fantasy company culture and leadership, working through acquisition changes and alignment in the future could change things but for now it is still a solid place to be.
