Really good sales job. Give reps all the tools. Can get a little high pressure. Product/service quality is improving. Great fit for a lot of the market. Know they have shortcomings in the large enterprise space with mature customers but are improving.

Challenges around territory and personnel. 1:1 mapping is difficult especially in a services based sales process. It’s difficult for a sales engineer to have a huge influence in the sales cycle outside of expected technical sales tasks. Quota targets are extremely unattainable, making the compensation low. About 10-15% of CSM’s hit quarterly quota. Do not get incentives for saving customer churn
