Good place to get comfortable cold calling and being resilient. Work hours are not great (10 hr shifts every day) but you get to talk to regular people.

I got in too late to get access to the accounts that make the real money. After a year and a half the only way up was if someone else quit on my team. I did not see anyone quitting in the near future and being assigned the desired account. It was a lot of fun, great people, grind mentality, people kept it real. I just wish there were more opportunity for me.

Not the greatest here in phoenix. Leader ship is childish, not much help when it comes to learning and development.
