Experience here has been very positive. Base pay is lower than what it used to be but commission payouts are a higher percentage. While the BCR is a higher percentage it is based off of a lower salary starting point so it's not nearly as big as a jump as was communicated. Pros: work/life balance is hard to beat Cons: The revenue/sales date ops team is unfortunately very inexperienced which has resulted in mismanagement of territories and quotas. It has become very difficult to actually make your OTE or to feel motivated.
