Experience here has been very positive. Base pay is lower than what it used to be but commission payouts are a higher percentage. While the BCR is a higher percentage it is based off of a lower salary starting point so it's not nearly as big as a jump as was communicated. Not too mention a larger percentage is taxed now as well. I still really appreciated the structure of the company but pay is an area of concern.

Amazing product, great sales leadership. Functions like a start up but we’ve been around for 20+ years. In the last 3 years, Articulate has made a lot of changes to build the revenue motion to function more like a traditional SaaS role.
