Current Employee Amazing product, great sales leadership. Functions like a start up but we’ve been around for 20+ years. In the last 3 years, Articulate has made a lot of changes to build the revenue motion to function more like a traditional SaaS role. There is room for growth but not a huge amount of upside unless they add more headcount. Our team has been growing, high performing SMB AEs have a shot at becoming a Commercial AE where they can make a lot more money.
We are VERY heavy inbound. A huge customer base and we focus on cross-selling, growing accounts. This is not a headhunter role, although our team is hoping to build out our outbound motion.
Our product is top notch. Culture is great. Can you get paid more at another SaaS? Straight up? Probably. My time here I’ve received offers for more money. But at this point in my life, having autonomy and no stress beats everything. I’m very comfortable with what I’m making… for now :)
