Company has gone through numerous changes during my tenure as they march toward eventually IPO. Still a great company, with a great product, but the management and comp structure could be better.

There are no accelerators once quota is hit, which is unfortunate and a little behind the times. They could really stand to revamp their comp plans to be more competitive in today’s market. The entire company has been remote for 20+ years which is nice.

Experience here has been very positive. Base pay is lower than what it used to be but commission payouts are a higher percentage. While the BCR is a higher percentage it is based off of a lower salary starting point so it's not nearly as big as a jump as was communicated.
