I'd hope to learn more in this role, however, the training is inconsistent and the pay does not equate to what you're told in an interview.

I would not recommend unless you have previous sales experience and a passion for furniture. I don't see a position you would like to move up to and the management does not care about you as a person and only sees you as a number. there is potential to make money but I would not move up in company it just gets worse as you do.
