When they tell you 80-90% of the team hits quota and top performers do over 200%, that’s a lie. Can only speak for one SDR manager but they don’t really give practical advice

Wasn't a great experience. The team's culture was the best aspect to the job. Comp wasn't aligned to KPIs/goals. Unrealistic OTEs were highlighted during the interview process. Senior leadership is a core part of these issues and nothing is likely to change until they leave.
