Great company, but given the stage of the company and the evolution of competition in the SMS marketing space, they need to increase base pay IMO.

Attentive has amazing people and the culture is incredible. The product is continuing to become more commoditized as new competition arises and it has become harder to differentiate as a result. Exciting that we’re all in on multi-product, and lots of growth ahead! Incredible first SDR job opportunity and you’re set up for success.
