My overall experience here was mixed. I appreciated the structured onboarding and access to high-quality training materials, which helped sharpen my skill set. However, the broader organizational culture felt misaligned with what was communicated during the interview process. Leadership turnover, a lack of transparency, and unclear expectations created a challenging environment for success. While I value the professional development I received, the overall leadership approach and company culture left much to be desired.

My time at Attentive was fun and exciting and I enjoyed the role. There were certainly challenges and oversights in the prospecting expectations and it was opaque at times what was needed. Sales managers are helpful and friendly, but the higher leadership felt detached. When tech layoffs started, it was handled poorly and abruptly, and many jobs could have been saved...Read More

When they tell you 80-90% of the team hits quota and top performers do over 200%, that’s a lie. Can only speak for one SDR manager but they don’t really give practical advice
