Attentive is a great place to work. The culture fit is great and the variable is comp is really good. The product fit is great and for how easy SMS is to sell and get up and running, it is great work life balance

It is June 2025. Company just had layoffs today. They let go 125 employees. I was a high performer and got let go. Even tenured managers who had spent over 5 years got let go. Company is spiraling downward.
