Extremely poor leadership, openly stated in an all hands that Attentive is "not a place to work at if you're interested in making money." The CEO said they can't afford to pay AEs market rate as it would disrupt their margins/ability to potentially IPO (pipe dream). The sales leadership are inexperienced and have no idea what they are doing. They also have extremely poor business ethics. I would stay far away.

Great people on the team, however going through a RIF and sadly good colleagues have departed. Product is strong but struggles still persist with driving multi-product adoption. Although historically an SMS platform, focus is shifting on pushing email hard due to competitive pressure.
