Former Employee Virtually zero inbound lead flow and super low quality pipeline from sdr team. Most of your account list will be churned customers or people who have already heard the pitch (recently). They pass out free trials and gift cards to prospects like Halloween candy so there’s lots of time wasted. The culture has shifted so much in the past year because no one is hitting quota and a lot of tenured high performers have left. Management picks and chooses who gets put on performance plans. No one plays by the same rules and they don’t roll out quotas and KPIs until halfway through the quarter. The front line managers are great but apart from that no one there has any clue how to run a sales team, let alone a company. The competitors are constantly innovating and Attentive’s product doesn’t stand out like it used to anymore. Browse Other Reviews
