Huge potential but leadership are very questionable. Not my DE&I and a complete lack for work life balance or care for its staffs boundaries including constant pestering on annual leave and late at night. If you are looking for a job you will work 24 hours a day this is the place to be but there are places that pay more, better products and have boundaries for your work life balance.

Generally it's a good Company to work for but with new Leadership & parent Company, the Company has seem to have lost their way a bit. Customers are increasingly unhappy, as are employees, and vibes are very low.
