Used inventory goes through a price drop while waiting for inspection to get completed, new inventory will get discounted by management in order to move inventory in order to meet quota

Good video onboarding. Extremely cut throat environment. Have to play the game to survive. There is favoritism. Stay quiet and low maintenance.

My overall experience was exceptional as I was able to learn and earn an excellent income. Although I witnessed many failures in mid level micro management, the company does well overall. Training is better than many others, however could be drastically improved for real world situations.
