Former Employee Generous time off and wellness policies for employees. Very corporate structure and environment. Some managers had a notable lack of hands-on sales experience, which meant a lack of coaching and mentorship from direct managers. There was a decent sales enablement department, but that 1:2:1 relationship with management was lacking to a degree, which was an important factor for me and ultimately was one of the reasons I didn't want to stick around.
