Current Employee Depending on the circle you run with, you really have to advocate for yourself to showcase your success here. Teams are remote, and while most BDRs are in ATL for Autodesk Construction Solutions. Your manager will most likely be out of state. The average timeline from SDR-AE is 3-5 years. If you want to work for a global company that has some brand recognition, then this is the place to start your BDR journey, but if you’re looking to get promoted within a year, probably won’t see that happen, even if you’re crushing it. Unless you’ve managed to build great rapport with your manager and skip mangers on your team. Overall, great flexibility and autonomy to get your work done, but the compensation for high performers is lacking right now.
