My Strategic sales VP who hired me, left after 3 months of me being there. I have been with 2 different leaders. Closed business with the strategic accounts, but you are limited to the accounts you get assigned. How are they assigned? Territory based, but theres other reps in the territory.

Poor leadership that has high arrogance and general lack of understanding of how to sell the product. The product itself is good, but the organizational structure and leadership create barriers and obstacles to selling - thus leading to roughly 14% of reps hitting their number.
