Sales Enablement is ZERO for new joiners, the Line Manager doesn't believe in collaborative work. Incentives are good; however, without a structured process, it feels the environment isn't conducive for a sales professional to succeed after some time.

It’s was a great company. Team had success. I will say base goals seemed more like stretch goals. Otherwise treated team well, but did do layoffs that felt like for no real reason.
