Overall it is a very good company to work for. There have been hiccups along the way with the PE firm taking ownership. As we approach selling / going public again, the company is focused on the bottom line, which can make the environment a little uneasy at times. However, our solution works and is the best in the industry.

Inbound leads fluctuated heavily over my tenure. Sales leadership did recognize this and made many attempts to improve ADR/SDR leads. Partner leads and referrals are the main source of leads and are highly dependent on relationship building. The comp plan is generous and enables you to maximize your earnings.
