Current Employee Avalara is making an effort to improve customer service by hiring a ton of customer account managers. Unfortunately they aren’t incentivizing us correctly and their support is infuriating for customers or internal employees to work with. Set up seems rushed, customers are not communicated with, and in several cases it doesn’t seem like they know what they’ve purchased. I believe they’re trying to correct this, but there’s a long way to go. Browse Other Reviews
