Leadership makes it hard to hit quota. Frequent changes to territories and KPIs with no rhyme or reason.

Management is lost. Connector segmentation leaves a lot to be desired. Your success will be determined by your manager and your connector you sell - nothing more. Service headaches a plenty as no one outside of new sales seemingly does their job. Plus vista owned? Avoid.

My overall experience at Avalara was interesting. I was under a vertical that wasn't the best at performing and the numbers were extremely different from other verticals. Management was sh*t and would get mad at you for going on vacation or make passive-aggressive comments. There's a ton of help you can get from other team leads and such.
