Current Employee4.0Sep 18, 2025Inbound opportunities dried up ~2 years ago. Company pivoted to outbound but kept the same quotas/comp, leaving most reps far from OTE. Hardly anyone hits quota. On top of that, they switched to a low-value health insurance provider, with costs structured so the only real option is a high-deductible plan.
