STAY AWAY FROM AVANADE. There is zero sales culture, Accenture steamrolls all decisions anyways. Sales leadership is completely in over their heads, every single sales person I know is looking for a new job--few people hitting quotas. Absolutely miserable place to be! Sales Managers have zero authority to do anything, constantly overrun by the client group leads. Re-org after re-org with terrible results tells me we still haven't figured out how to fix the business. RUN AWAY from this opportunity!

The policy is to hire sales reps and load them with unrealistic quotas—no strategy from regional leadership and no viable lead generation efforts except hoping that Microsoft brings Avanade into deals.
