Company is in a tailspin due to poor leadership and decisions, also Accenture influence brings tremendous change. Titles/levels are really off compared to experience. So much change makes it almost impossible to sell, no stability or job security.

STAY AWAY FROM AVANADE. There is zero sales culture, Accenture steamrolls all decisions anyways. Sales leadership is completely in over their heads, every single sales person I know is looking for a new job--few people hitting quotas. Absolutely miserable place to be! The policy is to hire sales reps and load them with unrealistic quotas—no strategy from regional leadership and no viable lead generation efforts except hoping that Microsoft brings Avanade into deals.
