Not a great market fit. Constantly changing GTM messaging and positioning. Continual layoffs and "re-orgs". In my over a year here, there were 3-4 RIFs of varying size, including one where a third of the company was let go. Unfortunately, leadership does not value the work you put in, and does not take criticism or feedback well.

Great company to work for. It is correct that we had cultural challenges in the past, but that has changed with new leadership. The product and commissions are great.
