Great product for a small number of organizations, new CEO is great and could lead to a successful acquisition as we effort category creation in multi cloud networking. Very limited competition. This market is ours to lose. Must have a better GTM strategy and leadership

Not a great market fit. Constantly changing GTM messaging and positioning. Continual layoffs and "re-orgs". In my over a year here, there were 3-4 RIFs of varying size, including one where a third of the company was let go. Unfortunately, leadership does not value the work you put in, and does not take criticism or feedback well.
