Current Employee AvidXchange has positives and negatives like any other org - positives include a good starting base pay with an attractive variable comp structure, strong culture, a path toward consistent quota attainment, and the product fills a need in the market. Negatives include lack of internal growth due to lack of open reqs, some verticals being harder to sell into due to lack of market share and a disconnect with some senior leadership. All in all, Avid is a solid place for a sales professional to be, but be warned growth can be limited and promotions aren’t a guarantee even though you could be a high performer.
