Former Employee Overall, the company is fine.
Solid product, great team members.
There is no such thing as actual development/training.
Leadership is young and VERY clicky with lots of favoritism and "boys club" type vibes.
Quota attainment is LOW across the sales floor. They boost their numbers by taking a deal owned by the CEO and spreading it across multiple reps to get them to quota to inflate the %.
A fine company to get started in. Just REALLY focus on office politics and relationships from Day 1.
Can't count on inbound leads.
