Very niche product and not competitive in market. Unrealistic goals. Priorities always change. Leaders cannot be trusted. Expected to work late nights and over weekends. Managers are incompetent and professionally immature. Beware to new hires - you will not hit ramp goal, and you will not be a consistent performer.

Very poor experience. I would not recommend anyone working here unless they absolutely needed a job. Poor leadership, poor comp structure, and consistent changes that stifle morale.
