This is a good org overall, but my experience was a big miss. Territories are rain-or-shine; many territories + target markets churning through reps. If you're in a hiring process, be sure to ask about recent quarterly quota attainment + YoY turnover the specific team you'd be joining.

Its easy to make 6 figures here, but you have to have super thick skin as the rules often change on a daily basis. It can be very chaotic, for both the rep and the supporting staff.
