Immediate leadership was great. Unreasonable quotas set by the C-Suite that are impossible to hit. The comp plan is atrocious. They expect reps to close $500K+ deals and pay them >2%. Also paid on % to quota not size of deal. Product is not ready for the market and very little lead volume.
