Current Employee BMC was a great company to work for, but recently the company has been through quite a big change even splitting into two different organizations.
A lot of the decisions being made are not very well thought and are just focused in short term goals.
The company made redundant high performing teams so it feels that there is 0 job security. (Not even if you are really good at what you do)
Complex and bureaucratic internal processes with many silos.
I must say that I worked with very talented people and the company gave me lots of perks such as trips, pension, insurance, etc.
