The company split into two orgs in April and the result is too be determined. I'm on the Helix side and feel optimistic about our chances for success. But we lose frequently to our biggest competitor and focus too much on clients to meet quota. The company has very little lead flow or BDR support for the sales role. Culture is healthy and diversity is strong.

I generally had 1 very good year out of 3. The management team is very sales-oriented and puts sales people first. In recent years, however, the technical choices have been poor.

You can learn some good things there, but leadership is a small club, accounts are assigned based on friendships, and the products are old school.
