Current Employee In general management we’re very supportive and gave great opportunity for professional development.
Unfortunately BTs processes are very slow and rigid plus has an incredibly high cost base (think huge pension deficit amongst other things). As such BT are slow to market and in adopting new technologies and often don’t have the commercial and operational flexibility / agility that smaller more nimble competitors posses.
