If you took a bunch of inexperienced frat boys, threw them into a room them to build a company, they would just throw crap against the wall to see what sticks. Sell products before they were built. Put bandages over things broken and lead with an iron hammer.

My overall experience was not a positive one. There was zero development provided by leadership. The executive team CEO and Sales are toxic. Their is extreme favoritism. And the executive handling marketing and lead generation has no idea what he is doing as this is the first role he has held of this kind.
