Recently seeing many sales reps and managers leave when they get offered better comp plans at other places and the company isn't open to increasing base salaries to keep the talent. Upward movement from SDR to AE role not happening or too difficult when management criteria shifts a lot.

Low paying but the work life balance is nice. If you don't like cold calling but like sales then this will be a decent job.
