New leaders were brought into the company and changed the culture completely. This used to be a company that people wanted to work for and stay at. Now, it's a nightmare. The new leadership wants you to live the BambooHR values "Be Open," "Do the Right Thing," and "Lead from Where You Are." But they don't really want that. They just want "yes men" that see things with green BambooHR goggles on. It doesn't matter how good you are, they will find a way to get rid of you if you don't comply to everything they are saying.

My experience was fairly good with BambooHR. What the rest of the reviews say about low compensation is true. Leadership is hit and miss. A very positive culture and a thriving company though.
