Leadership building the “Create” segment are incompetent. Their resumes on LinkedIn will backup this claim of inexperience, but more importantly just know they are faking data to justify over hiring in an attempt to increase revenue by throwing more sales reps at the wall, instead of building a strong foundation to grow sustainably from. They don’t care if you win, they only care about justifying their jobs. I couldn’t leave fast enough.

I’ve really been impressed with leadership and the amount of effort BambooHR puts into training their employees. There is a clear path to progression and promotions and the pay is fair as you move up in the organization. Really the only thing I wish BambooHR offered was quota relief for time off. But I’m really happy and don’t plan to leave anytime soon.
