I've loved my time at BambooHR and being here through some major growth phases has been eye-opening, exciting, and while challenging at times I still think there is a lot of opportunity here. While compensation is not "ideal" as far as what I'd like for Base to Commission ratio, it's still fairly competitive for the whole employment packages BambooHR Offers. (Incredible benefits, PTO, and an overall culture that few companies can beat).

BambooHR is great. Definitely not your typical flashy tech company, but it’s got it where it counts.
