The leadership is fantastic, every manager you work for cares about your career and your work / life balance. However, since new C-Suite has come in, the quotas have skyrocketed without any basis. Also, we are far behind in market offerings and go to market time. In general, the Account Management pay structure does not align with company goals or revenue generation.
