Honestly it was a very chaotic experience. Management was not very helpful when it came to direct orders. A lot of it was learn as you go type of thing.

The job changed quite a bit over my time there. We sold to new and existing customers, trying to bring new money and credit lines to the bank. We also went outside of our banking center to try and expand on existing, and build new business relationships.

Bank of America recently took away our sells commission and made us hourly due to them being fined for improper sales practices by other agents
