Current Employee Good benefits, the bank offers a sabbatical after 15 yrs., 4 months paid maternity/paternity leave, adequate sick time, and vacation, ESPP. The bank was supportive and stable during COVID, no layoffs in my department. Opportunity's are available for upward and lateral movement but not as widely available since COVID. Attrition has been an issue. Compensation and responsibilities could be better. Training can be inadequate with higher expectations. You learn the majority of responsibilities, experience on the job, high demand, often times work life balance is difficult in PS depending on your role.
