Solid product portfolio and high market share. Decent comp with opportunities to success. Currently lack innovation, pipeline, and vision to compete with the other major in some categories within each division

Positive. The company is well respected in the space and provides premier products. Base compensation is a concern, but historical amount of reps that hit plan make it a lucrative job. Very competitive market and complex sales cycle.

Great people and technology, slow innovation. Org. structure is extremely top heavy - many without industry experience or any knowledge of our customers. Musical chairs at the top resulting in different strategy every 1-2 years in a business with extremely long sales cycle. Very little upward mobility if you are lower than Director level.
