Pros:
Had a blast working with awesome folks—still buds a year after leaving!
The employee discount was insane, and the benefits were top-notch.
Got a sweet 2-3 weeks of paid time off.
Loads of e-learning opportunities for those who wanted to up their sales and product knowledge game.
Cons:
So, Best Buy shook things up, and suddenly, we were all selling in every department.
It meant way more training hours, and supervisors had to become jacks of all trades.
They expected us to sell practically everything, but the pay was a fixed $21 per hour, no commission. Bit of a head-scratcher, right?
