My overall experience with my current employer has been mixed. I have had a lot of opportunities to grow in the company but they pay is lower then competitors.

Overall it was fun and challenging learning experience. I think training could be a little more inclusive and more personal. I believe the demand for the offer was low but was not hard to pitch to customers. Effort is a main driver for success in this role and is highly sought after by team leaders.
