I worked as an ADR for the company. Overall, it’s luck of the draw. It entirely depends on the region that you are assigned to and the account exec you work with. Some regions are great others are a desert. There is a lot of politics and playing favorites, especially among management. My recommendation would be to leverage the data team more and make sure that the territories are equal. Right now, it depends on who is favored by the CEO or upper management.

The company started off strong, but failed to adapt to the changing market landscape. Leadership was high off their own supply and refused to make acquisitions or change direction until the entire company was already laid off due missing targets (by alot) 3 quarters in a row.

Lost. Bought dying piece of G2 spend management. Come to find out no one use it and doesnt like the product. Trying to sell the core stuff but even that is outdated and has become table stakes for a lot of other vendors.
